We will answer your questions with regards to reservations via e-mail;
at request we can correspond via telephone. Once our guests have confirmed, they will receive a booking confirmation and an invoice outlining
the advance payment. The booking confirmation includes all information about the hand-over of keys.

A reservation is valid once a minimum of 10 % of the rent has been paid in advance into the stated bank account. One month prior to your arrival you must make an advance payment of 50 % of the rent. The remaining rent should be paid prior to your arrival if possible. Otherwise we ask that you pay in cash prior to the hand-over of keys on the day of your arrival.


At the time of check-in the handover is arranged with the office. During check-in each guest must present a valid identification card or passport. The office makes a copy of the identification document and records the home address of each guest.
Our hand-overs of the apartment and keys include a short introduction, handing out the house rules and a hand-over check-list.
At the time of check-out the check-list is verified, keys are taken back and a survey about the comfort of your stay is handed out.
